What Can Therapy Help With?

Many people come to therapy to get support with everyday challenges, not because they are in crisis.

  • Stress, anxiety, and worry
  • Depression and low mood
  • Relationship or family challenges
  • Life transitions and adjustment
  • Trauma, grief, and loss
  • Burnout and emotional overload

Why Telehealth Works So Well

For military families, telehealth can make consistent care more manageable.

  • Convenient, flexible scheduling
  • Private and secure appointments from home
  • Access to care wherever military life takes you
  • Less driving and less time away from family

TRICARE Reserve Select

TRICARE Reserve Select is available to many members of the Selected Reserve and their eligible family members. It works much like TRICARE Select, with monthly premiums and applicable copays or cost-sharing.

TRICARE Young Adult

If you have recently aged out of your parents’ TRICARE coverage, you may qualify for TRICARE Young Adult. This program allows eligible young adults to continue their health coverage while transitioning into adulthood.

TRICARE for Life

TRICARE for Life is available to eligible beneficiaries who have both Medicare Part A and Part B. It works alongside Medicare to help cover healthcare costs.

Keeping Care Through a PCS

Military life can involve deployments, TDYs, childcare logistics, work schedules, and frequent moves. Telehealth can help many clients continue working with the same psychologist rather than having to start over during a transition.

You Deserve Support. We’re Here for You.

No matter what you are navigating, you do not have to figure it out alone.
