ABOUT HEAD STRONG & READY

Mental health care shaped by military life, not just informed by it.

Head Strong & Ready is a nonprofit mental health organization providing virtual therapy to service members, veterans, military spouses, and family members. Our clinicians and leadership bring both professional expertise and firsthand understanding of the military community.

OUR STORY

Military life changes what support needs to look like.

Military life affects more than the person in uniform. Deployments, separations, PCS moves, reintegration, caregiving, and the demands of service can place strain on the entire family. Yet finding a clinician who understands that context can be difficult.

Head Strong & Ready was founded in 2018 to make knowledgeable, consistent mental health care easier to access. As a nonprofit organization, we provide virtual therapy to service members, veterans, military spouses, and family members. Our care combines professional expertise with a genuine understanding of military life.

We Understand Military Culture

You should not have to spend half of your appointment explaining deployments, PCS moves, military acronyms, or the demands of service. Our care begins with an understanding of military life.

Care Through Life’s Transitions

Military families experience frequent change. Virtual therapy can make it easier to receive consistent support through relocations, separations, deployments, reintegration, and other transitions.

Support for the Whole Family
