MEET DR. JUDY LAMB

Therapy with someone who understands military life.

Judy Lamb, Ph.D., MSCP
Co- Founder & Clinical Director | Licensed Psychologist

Military life affects more than the service member. It can shape relationships, parenting, careers, identity, and the stress families carry every day. As both a psychologist and former military spouse, Dr. Lamb understands that context. She works with adults and couples who want thoughtful, practical help that fits real life.

HOW I HELP

Support that is thoughtful, practical and personal.

Dr. Lamb works with adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress and the strain of military life. She helps clients make sense of what is happening, recognize patterns that keep them stuck and build realistic ways forward. Client report experiencing her as warm, caring and having a sense of humor that make them feel at ease.

"Therapy helps you understand what is happening and gives you useful ways to move forward"
